Terms and Conditions

Here are some of the General Terms and Conditions that apply to the use of Aus Chauffeur Services website and booking system. To this, you agree to be bound by terms contained herein if you choose to engage the services offered herein.
1. General
Aus Chauffeur Services (“ACS”) offers consumers an internet-based interface through which they can schedule professional driving services from third-party transportation service providers (“TSPs”). It is important for the users to understand that ACS only help in the booking process with other service providers and does not offer any services on its own. In this regard, we DO NOT offer transport services as a mode of moving from one place to another.
2. User Accounts
Aus Chauffeur Services allows users to order services from its platforms only after the users have registered and provided true information. It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure that their login credentials are protected and to take responsibility for any actions that take place within the account. The creation of accounts from automated processes is not allowed.
3. Booking and Service Details
Any and all services described, offered, prices, vehicles or any other representation made through this website or through the Platform are solely for example and demonstration only. The actual services may also depend on the TSP that an individual selects for the SP. The current models, classes and facilities of the vehicles may also vary according to the type of TSP in use.
